SPOTHUNTERS
Spothunters is about telling stories, the communication of ‘here’ via the intersection of art indoors, art outdoors, and publishing. Shepard Fairey, Greg Lamarche, Caleb Neelon and Monster Project all began with a common cultural reference point and took it in new and individual directions. While quality and quantity are key, the Spothunters artists are about the unexplored and unexpected. The hunt for spots will never end, whether they are higher, bigger, or just plain smarter, because the ideas keep on coming.
Approx. 8.25x8.25, 48 pages plus cover, offset on matte paper, Edition of 2000.
Design and Layout by Alex Lukas.

LILMAN MAKES A NAME FOR HIMSELF
Lilman arrives home from school one day unhappy - his name doesn’t seem to mean and be himself and who he is. He tells his mother of his dilemma, and then sets out to build his name from wood. Then, he covers it with hats, feathers, stripes, rice, beans, and other things that reflect his vision of himself. He takes the name to school the next day, where it is such a hit that all of his classmates follow suit, building and decorating their names as well. Like Lilman and his class, we all have the power to “make a name for ourselves.”
This is Caleb Neelon (SONIK)'s first book, a childrens story, and includes a bonus “Make a Name for Yourself” activity.
Aprox. 10" x 8", 38 pages, Offset with a hard cover.
By Caleb Neelon.

to anyone who will listen, most likely in a loud voice and after a few beers. It will go something like this: “Stephen Smith? F--- that dude….”
