My flight to detroit was canceled, I was on hold last night and then again this morning. I’m just about to hit 6 hours on hold today. Yahhhh snow and quality usairways/priceline customer service
Update: 7 hours
Update: 9 hours I called on another phone about 20 min ago it just said call back later no option to get in the holding pattern
Update: 10 hours I called on another phone 5 min ago got a busy signal. . .and it is no longer snowing
Update:11 hours called on another phone they said it was 31min wait now on hold on 2 phones
Update: 11.25 hours they discontinued the second phone
Update: Boom 12 hours plus 42 min on the second phone
Update: After about 13 hours they said they can’t get me a flight and to get a flight credit or refund I have to call northwest this is absolutely crazy
Update: 15 hours later Northwest refunded the ticket i’m not going to detroit. . .
After almost a full day of falling snow in Philadelphia, it’s time to shovel out.
This is also the first time I have used a cellphone photo for anything. Apologies.
