The jungle gym above is amazing and I wish I had seen it in person. The danger ridden playgrounds that I remember from my youth was the all metal grid of cubes that was at Spy Pond in Arlington MA. and the old park in front of the main Cambridge Public Library( I think they have redone the park 3 times since the dangerous one). I have very distinct memories of both having fun and seeing people get very hurt playing at both. My brother gashed his head and I got a full hand size splinter at the Cambridge park. If anyone has photos of either I’d love to see them. Here area bunch more Jungle gyms from the 1970′s
