TTC Gallery, Copenhagen

flyer_350_010
Greetings from Copenhagen! I’m here working on The Gray Skies of Morning, a show of new works on paper opening this Friday, the 24th, here at TTC Gallery. TTC is an amazing artists collective/gallery space/zine shop. In addition to showing new drawings, I curated a selection of Philadelphia ‘zines by the likes of Andrew Jeffrey Wright, Dan Murphy, Chris Kline and many, many more that will be for sale this month. Maylay #2 will also debut Friday. Also, Saturday at 2pm I will be giving a presentation at Kunstpublikationer 2009, a Danish small publishing fair going on this weekend. If anyone is in town, stop by and say hello.

NEW ZINE AND A NEW SHOW

I know we have been slacking on “bloggin’”, but things have been busy. We just finished up a new zine, the second issue of May Lay. We started working on it 2 and a half years ago. It has three new, exclusive interviews, an essay a new mini-zine insert and two cover variations. 8.5 x 11, 40 pages, full color cover, edition of 100.
I’m also going to Copenhagen for an exhibition of all new works on paper opening April 24th at TTC Gallery. TTC is both a gallery and a zine shop, so there will be some copies of the new May Lay at the opening. If anyone is in Copenhagen, drop a line.
